Admissions Criteria

Admitted students must have a Bachelor’s degree and must meet all other incoming
graduate student requirements.
·
HTIR students must also meet the same TOEFL language requirements as other
entering international students.
Graduate Admissions Requirements
The University of Advancing Technology strives to admit students who embody our
passion for technology, demonstrate adequate academic achievement, and have a
dedication to lifelong learning. Factors considered in the admissions process
include, but are not limited to, undergraduate academic achievement, leadership
experience, community and extracurricular involvement, awards/ honors,
technology involvement and experience, and career achievements and aspirations.
All students must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Requirements for Admission
In addition to the standard admission requirements, non-US citizens applying for
admission to this program must provide the following:

Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a score
o
550 or higher on paper-based test
o
79 or higher on Internet-based test
o
213 or higher on computer-based test
·
International English Language Testing System (IELTS)
o
Score of 6.0
·
Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC)
o
Score of 760
